Career Professionals of Canada’s online courses are designed to give you personalized professional development. You’ll find your course to be an intensive, immersive, and interactive learning experience. You’ll get outstanding support by your course leader and you learn alongside other like-minded students.
Course Access & Participation
You will receive access to your entire course a few days before it officially starts. Download your course resources right away. Introduce yourself on the general forum on or before the first Monday (your course start date). You are free to learn on your schedule, but to pass you must participate in and complete five modules each week. 60% of your mark is based on participation. 40% is based on your final assignment. Forum Guidelines

Withdrawal & Transfer Policy
Course registration fees are non-refundable. Requests for withdrawals and transfers must be made in writing by email. Access to course material is given a few days before the start of a course. If you withdraw or transfer before you receive access to a course or event, you will receive a credit (fee paid minus $100 administration fee) towards a future CPC course or event. a transfer credit will not be provided if withdrawal occurs after access to a course or event has been given.
Course Extension Policy
You must complete your homework and all forum discussion entries by the end of the day on Friday (course end date). Access to forums will be closed at that time. If you need an extension to complete your homework over the following weekend, you can request this from your course instructor. Depending on your situation, they may be able to grant an extension, but there will be no access to the course site or the discussion forums.
Grade Reappraisal Process
If you disagree with your final grade, you can appeal to have it reappraised. Begin by immediately consulting your course instructor. Your instructor will give you an opportunity to explain your point of view. Be prepared to be a good listener when the instructor explains why the mark is what it is. Feel free to take notes of important points.
If after speaking with your instructor, you have not received the resolution you wanted and you still feel strongly about the situation you can email a request for a formal review to course@careerprocanada.ca. You must do this within ten (10) working days of speaking with your instructor. You will be given further instructions once you’ve requested the reappraisal.
