Course Duration: 1 Week | 15 hours

Course Prerequisite: Completion of RES-101 is preferred, but not required. Prior strategic résumé writing experience or a diploma in a related area is recommended.

Accreditation: Résumé Development for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Certificate (upon successful completion).

RES-102 Program Format

This is an intensive 1-week distance learning course.

Throughout this 1-week fully facilitated course, you’ll actively cultivate your résumé optimization skills. You’ll take part in a range of activities for a dynamic, interactive learning experience: videos, reading, quizzes, online discussions, reflection exercises, and small projects. The course is structured so that you receive interesting and topical information, tips, and strategies. This format will provide current theory, strategic guidance, and practical experience through examples and application.

RES-102 Course Completion

Students must achieve an overall grade of at least 80% to successfully complete the course.

Online assignments and group discussion participation (60%)
Homework assignment submission of an ATS-optimized résumé in Microsoft Word (.docx) and the job posting being targeted (40%)
